The online casino business is booming these days. Ease of use is a natural driving force. So is the overall quality of the gameplay experience. Recent technology has expanded the availability of live-dealer table games online for popular options such as Blackjack and Roulette. One of the bigger players in the online casino industry is BetMGM. This is the product of a joint venture between MGM Resorts International and GVC. As a market leader in New Jersey, the addition of Live Casino capabilities has made front-page news.
When Is BetMGM Going Live In New Jersey With Online Casino Games?
Working with Evolution Gaming, BetMGM has launched its own offering of live-dealer table games in the Garden State. This is just part of the current expansion plans. New online slot games from Ainsworth, Digital Gaming Corporation (DGC), and Playtech will also make their debut.
The combination of both live casino table games and innovative online slot titles will be a powerful growth engine. The New Jersey market is an excellent starting point. As an established online gaming entity, BetMGM can capitalize on its existing market share. This will be the only in-state online operator with live casino capabilities from Evolution and Ezugi.
BetMGM have expanded this live offering to its sister sites, PartyCasino and BorgataCasino. The early results have been very encouraging. Within the first week of play, Evolution live casino games pulled in 33 percent of all live game revenue. This led to a 30 percent increase in BetMGM live casino revenues.
The director of gaming product for GVC is Colin Cole-Johnson. Comments on the launch conformed BetMGM’s market leading position in the entire US real money gambling industry. It has been described as “without parallel anywhere in the market.”
Much of the early success has been attributed to the quality of Evolution’s overall live casinos portfolio. The rollout plan in New Jersey should provide an excellent blueprint for live casinos expansion into other states.
Live Casino Games From Evolution, Ainsworth Playtech and Ezugi
The expansion plans with Ainsworth is also noteworthy. This gaming content developer launched 20 new slot games for the New Jersey market. This collection includes Eagle Bucks and Mustang Money. Those two slots were two of the most popular titles in land-based casino venues. They have both been adapted for online play.
The recent launch with Playtech was that popular gaming content’s company initial offering in the state. Given its overall global success, Playtech should gain an immediate foothold in this vital US online market.
It is the same situation for DGC. It is rolling out in one of the biggest online markets in the US. This is an excellent way to gain vital exposure for its biggest game titles.
GVC also utilizes its own original gaming content via Games Studio. This is an in-house proprietary gaming content developer.
In other company news, BetMGM’s sportsbook app has recently made its debut in Tennessee. This is the newest online sports betting market in the country. Legal sports betting in the Volunteer State was launched on Nov. 1. A marketing partnership with the NFL’s Tennessee Titans will aid the rollout effort.
